    1. Hey Meghan, it can vary. Sometimes I’ve done nothing. Had a complete break. Other times, I’ve done a few light jogs a week to keep things ticking over e.g. 2/3 x 7-10km runs at a very easy pace. Sometimes I have ventured into the pool too… It’s whatever I feel like, but the most important thing is no intensity or structure to it. It shouldn’t feel like training 🙂
