Video Interview: Kirstin Bull World 100km Champion

Following on from her massive win over in Spain this weekend, have a listen to Brendan Davies interviewing 100km World Champion, Kirstin Bull (just before the race) and what training she did in the lead-up to the race. Kirstin talks a lot about some of the adjustments she made to her training, including strength training and cracking 200km+ weeks as well. Some really good lessons in here for aspiring trail and road runners.

There’s no doubt that Kirstin is our strongest 100km runner on the road and track, while she’s very very handy over the trails too, dominating the Two Bays ultra down in Victoria for the last few years. She’s also eyeing up a 2:4x marathon in the near future too.

Massive congrats to Kirstin once again.

I'm a mediocre runner who can bat above his average when I train hard. A man of extremes, I do enjoy everything life offers and consider it an absolute pleasure just to be able to put one foot in front of the other and let my mind wander somewhere different.
